Superwoman: Ice Cold Winter: Part 1

Majick put the ornately carved wooden box on the gothic table of her incantation study hall. She glanced a friendly smile at Superwoman who was still wondering why Majick had asked her to fly to The Guardians of Magic base in Morocco. The rest of the Guardians were also present. It wasn’t everyday they got to see Superwoman in person and they weren’t going to miss this opportunity. It was a very exciting day for Marvo, Spike and Diamond. Spike, a young man in his mid twenties, couldn’t stop looking at her toned body and perfect face. Superwoman was his first crush as a child and he couldn’t believe she was standing right in front of him. He noticed she wasn’t wearing her signature pantyhose and wondered why when he looked up to see Superwoman looking right at him with a charming smile. “Good to see you again Spike.” She said as his face turned red. He had been caught gawking at her and was instantly embarrassed.

“Same! You’re so cool. I was just wondering why you’re not wearing the pantyhose?” He asked quickly despite his embarrassment.

Diamond, a beautiful African American girl, shot a harsh look at Spike. “Dude you are so cringe. Like serial killer cringe.” She said.

Marvo, the 2300 year old immortal, became indignant. “How dare you ask such a rude question to a Princess of Lemurian descent!” He scolded.

“She said it was good to see me! Not you! Sounds like you guys are jealous.” Spike responds.

Majick rolled her eyes in exasperation. “Guys, guys, guys! I told you you could come in and watch this presentation if you didn’t act weird around Superwoman. You all promised to shut up and not be weird. Yet here you all are literally acting weird.” She screamed.

Superwoman spoke up interrupting the dysfunctional yet loving family of Guardians. “It’s okay. Spike, I wear pantyhose mainly during the colder months. Diamond, you’re amazing and I love your work. Marvo, thank you and I’m also not a princess. I’m very happy to see you all and your contributions to this world are immeasurable.” She said silencing the chatter and turning her attention to Majick.

Majick looked at her Guardians and gave Marvo a harsh glance. She could tell he wanted to argue the point of Superwoman’s reluctance to accept her ancient royal status. Majick pointed at him. “No.” She warned as Marvo relented and she began her presentation to Superwoman.

“Okay, so the reason I invited you here is because I have finally undone the threat of Null Crystals to you.” She said to Superwoman. “Inside this box is the original Master Null Crystal I created a long time ago when I was a misguided and hateful kid who worked for a maniac who wanted to destroy you. After years of work I’ve reversed the spell on this master crystal. The result is a cascading effect on all Null Crystals. In short, Null Crystal copies all over the world are just crystals now. They can’t weaken you anymore Superwoman. You are once again invincible.” She said proudly.

Superwoman’s facial expression was clearly surprised. “I don’t know what to say. Thank you Majick.” She said embracing her friend.

After a half hour of pleasantries The Guardians of Magic accompanied Superwoman to the main entrance. “I could portal you back to Delta City if you don’t want to fly halfway across the planet.” Majick offered.

“Thanks, but I like the fresh air. Thanks again Madge and thanks to all of you for what you do.” Superwoman said as she rocketed up into the sky breaking the sound barrier and out of sight.

“Bye!” They said in unison as they turned to walk back into headquarters. Spike turns to Marvo.

“So what’s this about Superwoman being an ancient princess?” He asked. Marvo looked at him.

“That’s a story for another day Spike.” He replied.

Present Day…

Notorious Delta City gang leader Eddie Winter meets with his captains in his palatial estate in the suburbs of Delta City. The Winter Ave gang made a name for themselves running numbers, arms and prostitution from Winter Ave in Delta City. The avenue was named after his grandfather, Chester Winter, who founded the first gang. They recently expanded into online gambling which caught the attention of The Syndicate, a global crime organization. Eddie was invited into the Syndicate and now has global resources at his disposal. Despite all the success Eddie has had over the past few years business over the past six months has been spiraling. The cause of his crumbling empire was clear… Superwoman.

Eddie Winter was a large strong man. His physicality and raw strength has always been impressive. He casts a big shadow over the Delta City underworld and he earned his place as head of the Winter Ave gang through example. He never asks anyone to do anything that he hasn’t already done himself. He sits at his large mahogany carved desk facing his Captains as they sit in comfortable chairs. He points at Vito Venuti, captain of his Southside crew in charge of the shipping docks.

“Whatcha got V? The Croations deal went smooth?” Eddie asks.

Suddenly a rocket propelled grenade shot towards her from another direction. She caught the rocket and held it in her hand as it exploded harmlessly. When the smoke cleared she saw The Croation loading another rocket. “Really?” She said as she quickly flew over and knocked him out. The car got away and she could see the police arriving. This was a major weapon’s bust at the port and now she knew who was responsible. Eddie Winter.

“Uh, well Eddi…uh… we had a problem.” Vito says tentatively.

“A problem? What problem? You get the deal done or wha?” Eddie asks.

“Superwoman showed up. She…uh…took out the boys and the cops showed up and confiscated the guns.” Vito explained watching Eddie’s face grow redder and redder.

“That’s fifty fuckin million dollars in guns. FIFTY FUCKIN MILLION! You let that fuckin Superbitch beat the boys and you did what? You stayed in the car and drove away like a fuckin pussy?” Eddie screamed pounding his fists on the desk so hard it shook the entire room.

No …boss… I took a shot at her with one of them bullets made out of the crystal. It bounced off her like it was nothin. She was unstoppable so I had to get the fuck outta there.” Vito cowered.

“The boys had crystals? We gave everyone a crystal so if Superbitch showed up they could beat her ass like the whore she is! Tell me you forgot to give the boys crystals!” Eddie screamed.

“Boss, the crystals don’t work no more. Everyone had a crystal. They don’t make her weak no more. It’s like they don’t bother her. For a second or two it looked like Big Sal was workin’ her over good with his crystal brass knuckles. I thought he was beating her. She looked like she was losing then suddenly Big Sal was on the ground knocked out.” Vito defended himself.

“The fuck? They don’t work? Then we buy new crystals. We get strong ones that make her so sick she crawls on the ground regretting her fuckin’ life choices. Call the supplier. Tell him we want the best ones to kill Superwoman.” Eddie orders.

“That’s just it boss. Nobody’s selling crystals no more. They don’t work like before. It’s like whatever was inside them that made Superwoman weak is gone.” Carlo Deluca, Captain of the Northside crew added.

“The fuck! Okay. The boys the cops arrested won’t rat because they know we’ll pay to keep them out of jail. Nothing can tie this back to me right?” Eddie asks.

“Of course not Boss. We’re professionals.” Vito replied.

Eddie Winter sat back in his large leather desk chair. “Let’s hear it. You next Carlo.”

The rest of the news from the other crews wasn’t good. Everyone’s take is down below a quarter of what it was six months ago. Criminals know Superwoman is unstoppable and they’re running scared. But Eddie Winter isn’t a quitter. He believes every problem has a solution. You just have to have the balls to make it happen. The goal was clear. If The Winter Ave Gang was going to survive they need to eliminate Superwoman.

“We all know Superwoman gets her powers from that belt and choker she wears. We need to get them off her long enough to take her out.” Eddie explains. “Start thinking of ways to make that happen. In the meantime I’ll call The Syndicate and see if they have any ideas.” Eddie says.

“The problem is if you do get them off she summons them back to her with her mind. It’s fuckin crazy. They fly right back onto her.” Carlo explains.

“We all know what she can do. I want to know how to eliminate her. Don’t open your fuckin’ mouth unless you have an idea to kill this bitch.” Eddie reinforces his order.

“Either way Boss nobody’s gonna tie this back to you.” Vito says.

Last Night at Delta City Harbor…

Vito sits in the passenger side of his car while his driver eats a canolli. He watches as the long haul truck backs up with crates of heavy firearms. Vito’s crew is standing armed. About ten heavily armed, intimidating and loyal men. They’re standing near the loading ramp of the Croatian cargo ship. In the distance Vito sees headlights incoming. “Finally, these fuckin’ Croats decide to show up.” He says aloud. “You gonna meet um Vito?” The driver asks. “Nah, I’ll let Vinny handle it. He’s capable.” Vito says.

The Croations get out of their car and greet the members of Vito’s crew. Vito watches from the car as Vinny opens a crate and shows the Croations the firearms they’re paying for.

The Croation takes a rocket launcher and inspects it. “Is nice.” He says nodding to his henchmen. The henchman opens a laptop and prepares to deposit fifty million dollars into Vito’s off shore account. Workers begin to load the containers onto the Croatian cargo ship.

Suddenly everyone’s attention is pulled towards the sound of two high heels landing hard on the pier. “Working overtime tonight boys?” Superwoman says seriously with her hands on her hips striking her classic power stance. The stunning red leotard and red leather boots are unmistakable. Superwoman’s toned and lean muscles are accentuated by the dim light casting shadows across her curves. Her dark silky hair slightly flutters in the gentle night breeze. Her red perfectly manicured nails visible as her fingers rest around her thin waist. A slight smirk cracks across her flawless red lipstick. The Croations begin to panic knowing the legendary Superwoman has arrived.

“It’s Superwoman! We must flee!” The Croations said fearfully. But Vinny and his crew were much calmer. Operating in Delta City meant being ready for Superwoman and they came prepared. Vinny eased the Croation. “Easy pal, we got this. Crystals out boys! Superwoman just made a huge mistake!” He yelled out as they began to advance on her with their Null Crystals around their necks.

“I want first shot!” The first guard said with his fists up and a Null Crystal necklace dangling around his chest. He took a huge swing at her head which Superwoman easily dodged. The man’s forward momentum stopped when she grabbed his arm and threw him into a wooden pallet knocking him out. The next man charged her expecting to tackle her to the ground, but ended up tackling air when Superwoman flew over his head unexpectedly. She then landed next to him and picked him up by the shirt over her head. His feet dangling like an infant as he felt the raw strength of the invincible Superwoman. “Who do you work for?” She asked. “Fuck you!” He replied. “Wrong answer.” She said tossing him against the cargo ships hull. Guard after guard expected their Null Crystal to make her weak and give them an advantage, but each one ended up unconscious. Each time she asked who they worked for and each time they refused to say Eddie Winter.

Vito looked on from inside his car. “What the fuck! Why isn’t she weak and helpless?” He screamed as he saw Big Sal approach her. Vito grabbed his rifle and chambered it with a special bullet made of Null Crystal.

Superwoman watched as Big Sal put on a pair of brass knuckles encrusted with Null Crystal gems like gaudy jewelery. “I’ve been itchin’ to use these on you bitch!” Big Sal said boldly. Big Sal was an enormous enforcer for Vito’s crew. He stood at almost 7 feet tall and 350 pounds of solid muscle. Superwoman looked at the mountain of a man approach her. “I don’t suppose you’ll tell me who you work for?” She asked. Sal smiled. “I’ll tell ya after I beat the fucking shit out of ya and just before I put a fuckin’ bullet in your head.” Sal replied bluntly.

As Sal got closer Superwoman’s knees began to buckle and her confident face soon became fearful. She watched in horror as The massive man got closer. “No! Please don’t!” Superwoman begged. The Null Knuckles were clearly weakening her quickly. Sal smiled and kissed his fists as he watched the beautiful Superwoman try to raise her fists. “I knew my Null Knuckles would work!” He said as he swung his massive meaty fist at her red masked face. The shot landed on her sharp chin and jawline sending the perfect woman to the ground instantly. Superwoman groaned on the ground as she tried to crawl away. “You’re fucking mine now Superbitch!” Sal yelled as he lifted her to a standing position against a large crate. Sal put his Null Knuckled fist up to her face. Superwoman moaned in pain as she fully regained consciousness and saw Sal’s fist.

“No!… please…no more.” Superwoman begged as Sal saw the fear in her eyes behind that red mask. Sal had never been this close to her face and he admired how gorgeous she is even in defeat, especially in defeat. Her perfect red lips open while her mouth spilled out words of defeat and subjection in front of him. Her eyes had the perfect blend of dark eye shadow and mascara lengthening her long lashes and framing her beautiful light brown eyes. Her dark silky hair was now messy from the violent force of Sal’s punch. A few stands of hair fell across her red mask. Superwoman weakly tried to pull out of his grasp, but the Null Knuckles were doing their job and keeping her pathetically weak. She weakly pushed his chest with her open hand and he could feel her warm hand on his open chest. “No, let me go…please.” she begged again grabbing weakly at his chest hair. Sal felt his cock grow rock hard. He wanted to fuck her brains out right there, but he had a job to do. Superwoman needed to be taught a lesson. A permanent lesson. “You shoulda stayed home tonight cunt!” Sal said forcefully as her eyes opened wide in terror. “No!” Superwoman said fearfully with horror in her voice.

Sal unloaded lefts and rights to her face with those Null Knuckles knocking her head back and forth like a tennis ball at Wimbledon. Superwoman was out on her feet when he started rapid fire shots to her toned belly and exposed ribs. The violent display of punches sent the sexy superheroine sliding down the crate and unconscious onto her perfect ass. Sal pulls out his gun and aims it at Superwoman’s head. “Time to die bitch! Eddie Winter sends his regards.” He boasts.

Suddenly Superwoman looks up at him smiling. “Eddie Winter, Winter Ave Gang. Thanks.” She said standing up quickly and taking his gun as she crushed it in her hand like paper. Sal threw another massive punch, but this time Superwoman caught his hand. Sal released his other hand and that punch was caught too. “What the fuck? You’re supposed to be weak!” Sal screamed. Superwoman brought the massive man to his knees as she crushed the brass Null Knuckles around his fingers. Sal screamed in pain, but also frustration as he realized Superwoman just played him to rat out his boss. She lightly slapped Sal knocking him unconscious. Suddenly she heard a rifle fire and a Null bullet had harmlessly shattered on her chest. She looked in the direction of the shot to see a man in a car holding a rifle. She could see him order his driver to leave fast. “Oh no you don’t.” Superwoman thought to herself as she began to move towards the escaping car.

Superwoman looked in the direction of the shot to see a man in a car holding a rifle. She could see him order his driver to leave fast. “Oh no you don’t,” Superwoman thought to herself as she began to move towards the escaping car.

Suddenly, a shout from another direction drew her attention. One of the Croatian arms dealers had recovered and was now aiming a rocket launcher directly at her. As he fired, Superwoman was forced to abandon her pursuit of the car to deal with the more immediate, explosive threat. She turned, a blur of motion, and caught the speeding rocket in her bare hand just feet from her face. It exploded harmlessly in her invulnerable grip, the flash briefly illuminating her determined expression. When the smoke cleared, the Croation was scrambling away in terror, and Vito’s car was gone, having vanished into the maze of city streets. In the distance, the wail of approaching police sirens grew louder. The bust was a success, but the man in charge had escaped.
